Section 1 Introduction

Welcome to jj11 (referred to in these Terms as "jj11", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). jj11 is an English-language online gambling and sports-betting platform designed for adult users. The Platform offers sports wagering — including live cricket betting, PSL and ICC tournament markets, football and UFC — as well as live casino tables, slot games and virtual sports.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you" or "your") and jj11 in respect of your registration, access and use of the Platform. By creating an account, depositing funds or placing any wager on jj11, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

Section 2 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the individual registered account opened by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and any bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements and eligibility conditions.
• "Deposit" means a transfer of funds from a Player's own payment instrument into their Account for wagering purposes.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the process by which jj11 verifies a Player's identity, age and source of funds in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
• "Platform" means the jj11 website, mobile interface and any related software or services operated by or on behalf of jj11.
• "Real-Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Player from their own financial resources, excluding bonus credits.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total betting turnover that must be completed before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any sports bet, casino game round, virtual event or other gambling transaction placed by a Player using their Account Balance.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which Account Balances may be denominated where supported by the Platform.

Section 3 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms are effective from the date on which a Player completes account registration. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not agree to any revised Terms must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

jj11 reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players by email or through a prominent in-Platform notice. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Section 4 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on jj11, a Player must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, at the time of registration and throughout the duration of the account;
• Be a natural person (corporate or artificial entities may not register player accounts);
• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information during registration and promptly update such information if it changes;
• Not be registered as a self-excluded player on jj11 or any connected platform;
• Not be acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of wagering;
• Not be an employee, contractor, director or agent of jj11 or any company within the jj11 corporate group;
• Have assessed and satisfied yourself that your participation is lawful under the laws of your own country, province and locality.

Section 5 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Duplicate accounts — whether in the same name, the same device, the same IP address or the same payment method — are strictly prohibited. jj11 reserves the right to merge, suspend or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any wagers or bonus claims associated with them.

During registration, Players must provide:

• Full legal name (as it appears on government-issued identification);
• Date of birth;
• A valid and accessible email address;
• A secure password of the Player's choosing;
• Any other information requested by jj11 for KYC or regulatory compliance purposes.

jj11 may, at its sole discretion, decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason. Registration does not guarantee continued access to the Platform in all jurisdictions.

Section 6 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials — including username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. Players must not share their login details with any third party under any circumstances.

jj11 staff will never ask a Player for their password — by email, telephone or any other channel. Any communication requesting a Player's password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

jj11 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a Player's failure to keep their credentials secure. If a Player suspects that their Account has been accessed without authorisation, they must contact support at [email protected] immediately to suspend the Account.

Section 7 Deposits

Players may deposit funds into their Account using the payment methods made available on the Platform from time to time. Payment methods may vary by region and are displayed within a Player's Account settings.

The following payment types are referenced as familiar options for Pakistani users. Their inclusion does not constitute a claim of affiliation, endorsement or verified technical integration:

• Mobile wallet transfers (e.g., Easypaisa, JazzCash)
• Instant bank transfers (e.g., Raast)
• Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and other Pakistani banks
• Cryptocurrency deposits where technically available (subject to Section 7.3 below)

7.1 Minimum & Maximum Deposits

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the cashier interface and may vary by payment method. Current illustrative minimums are in the range of PKR 500–PKR 1,000 depending on method. These figures are subject to change at any time.

7.2 Deposit Processing

Most deposits are credited to a Player's Account in real time. Where a delay occurs, Players should contact support. jj11 does not accept deposits from third parties — funds must originate from a payment instrument registered in the Player's own name.

7.3 Cryptocurrency Deposits

Where cryptocurrency deposits are technically available, Players should be aware that digital-asset values are subject to market volatility and transactions are irreversible. Players must verify the correct receiving address and network (e.g., TRC-20 or ERC-20 for USDT) before sending funds. jj11 is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect address or on an unsupported network.

Section 8 Withdrawals & KYC Verification

Players may request a withdrawal of Real-Money Funds at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal of Bonus Funds is subject to the applicable Wagering Requirements having been fully satisfied.

8.1 KYC Requirement

All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Players must provide, upon request:

• A government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport or driving licence);
• Proof of address dated within the preceding three months;
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits;
• Any additional documentation required to satisfy anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the time period specified by jj11 may result in a withdrawal being held pending or in Account suspension. jj11 may request updated verification documents periodically.

8.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal processing times vary by method and are subject to the Player's KYC status. Indicative timeframes are:

• E-wallets (e.g., Easypaisa, JazzCash): 24–72 hours after approval, where supported;
• Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah etc.): 1–5 business days;
• Cryptocurrency: within 24 hours of approval, subject to network congestion.

These timeframes are illustrative. Actual processing may vary based on operator procedures and payment-provider response times.

8.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are set out in the cashier interface and may vary by payment method and Player tier. Where a Player's winnings exceed a stated periodic withdrawal limit, jj11 may process the balance in scheduled tranches.

Section 9 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on jj11 are subject to the general betting rules set out in this section and to any sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the Platform.

9.1 Bet Acceptance

A wager is not confirmed until the Platform has displayed a bet receipt or confirmation number. jj11 reserves the right to decline any wager, in whole or in part, prior to confirmation — including but not limited to wagers that exceed stated maximum stake limits or that arise from obvious pricing errors.

9.2 Odds & Pricing

Odds are displayed in decimal format by default. Players may switch to fractional or moneyline formats in their account settings. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. Confirmed bets are settled at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation.

9.3 In-Play (Live) Betting

In-play betting markets — including live cricket (ball-by-ball), PSL matches and ICC tournament fixtures — are subject to temporary suspension during significant match events (e.g., wicket, powerplay, DRS review). jj11 will not be liable for bets delayed due to latency issues on the Player's connection.

9.4 Void Bets

jj11 may void a wager in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the market is settled in error; the bet was placed on an incorrect or corrupted price; or evidence of match manipulation is identified by the operator or governing body. Voided bets are returned to the Player's Account at the original stake amount.

Section 10 Casino & Game Rules

All casino games — including live dealer tables, video slots and virtual games — are subject to the rules of the individual game as published within the game interface. Players are encouraged to review game-specific rules and paytables before wagering.

10.1 RTP Disclosure

Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are displayed where available and are theoretical long-run averages. Actual results in any individual session may differ significantly from the stated RTP. RTP figures are illustrative and provided for informational purposes only.

10.2 Progressive Jackpots

Progressive jackpot prizes accumulate across networked games. Jackpot wins are subject to the rules of the individual jackpot game. jj11 reserves the right to process very large jackpot payouts in scheduled tranches in accordance with the operator's stated payment schedule.

10.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the outcome of a casino game round, jj11 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the Player's Account. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" — this is a standard industry principle applied on jj11.

Section 11 Bonuses & Promotions

jj11 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free-bet credits and other incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms that accompany each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

11.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds must be wagered at the stated Wagering Requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. For example: a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x Wagering Requirement requires PKR 30,000 in total qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is established. Wagering requirements are illustrative; check the specific promotion's terms for the applicable figure.

11.2 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds that have not been wagered within the period stated in the applicable promotion will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's Account without notice.

11.3 Abuse of Promotions

jj11 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if the Platform reasonably determines that a Player has abused any promotional offer — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, placing bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure, or exploiting pricing errors.

Section 12 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jj11 and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one Account (multi-accounting);
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or pricing anomalies for systematic financial gain;
• Colluding with other Players, whether on poker, casino games or sports wagers;
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing or any other criminal financial activity;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by applicable law;
• Allowing a minor (any person under 18 or the applicable higher age) to access or use your Account;
• Engaging in abuse, harassment or threatening behaviour toward Platform staff or other Players.

Section 13 Responsible Gambling

jj11 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides the following tools to help Players manage their activity:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly or monthly caps on deposited amounts;
• Loss Limits: Caps on the net amount a Player may lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Automatic session-timeout reminders at Player-defined intervals;
• Reality Checks: On-screen notifications displaying cumulative session duration and net gaming result;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary suspension of account access for a Player-defined period;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform upon written request to support.

Gambling is an entertainment activity that carries real financial risk. jj11 strongly advises Players never to wager money they cannot afford to lose, never to chase losses, and to seek help immediately if gambling is causing harm to themselves or others.

Section 14 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to graphics, logos, text, software, game designs, video streams, data feeds and user-interface elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of jj11 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit the reproduction, redistribution, public display, resale or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without jj11's prior written consent.

Section 15 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jj11 and its directors, officers, employees, contractors and licensors shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses;
• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data or loss of goodwill;
• Losses arising from reliance on information displayed on the Platform;
• Losses resulting from Platform unavailability, technical malfunctions or third-party service failures;
• Losses arising from a Player's own breach of these Terms or applicable law.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, jj11's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total funds deposited by that Player in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Section 16 Amendments to These Terms

jj11 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will take effect from the date of publication on the Platform unless a later effective date is specified. Players will be notified of material amendments by email or through a prominent Platform notice.

If a Player does not agree with any amendment, they must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the amendment. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes unconditional acceptance of the amended Terms.

Section 17 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's license jurisdiction. Players agree that any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Platform or any wager placed thereon shall first be referred to jj11's internal complaints procedure before any other forum.

17.1 Internal Complaints Procedure

Players who wish to raise a dispute or complaint should contact jj11 support at [email protected] with a written description of the issue. jj11 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and to issue a final response within 14 calendar days of receipt of all relevant information.

17.2 Pakistan Jurisdiction Notice

Players located in Pakistan are reminded that gambling activities may be subject to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable legislation. These Terms do not supersede or modify any applicable Pakistani law. jj11 does not represent that its operations are lawful in Pakistan. Players must take independent legal advice if they are uncertain about their obligations.
